LED Thirsty Detector introduce:

The LED Thirsty Detector is an intuitive digital plant moisture sensor that blinks an LED to alert the user when it is time to water a potted plant. It is designed to be unobtrusive when left in the soil of a plant,

where it continuously monitors conditions, testing the moisture level once per second.

Signal	What it means	Action to take
No blinking	Plant has sufficient moisture	Monitor the plant
Blinking	Soil is dry	Water the plant
Double blink + a long pause	Completely dry soil	Water the plant now
Slow triple blink + a long pause	Low batteries or bad switch contact	Check the batteries
